Accord is built around privacy as a default, not a setting. We collect the minimum information needed to review your application and communicate with you about early access.

When you apply to the waitlist we collect your first name, email address, social handle, city, your reason for interest, and an optional referral code.

We also record the date of your application and, where applicable, which member referred you.

Your information is used to review your application, attribute referrals, and send you invitation or product updates related to Accord.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Applications are stored in a secured database with access restricted to the Accord founding team. Access is protected by authentication and row-level security rules.

We keep application data for as long as the waitlist is active or until you ask us to remove it. Removal requests are honoured promptly.

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your application at any time by contacting us.
